Chin Peng, the Secretary-General of the Communist Party of Malaya says he is ready to face a war crime tribunal, provided it is a free and fair trial.
He says he is sceptical it will be so (free and fair), and if the judges are appointed by the Malaysian government, he will not attend. He told the news portal Malaysiakini during an interview held in Hatyai last Monday.
